هدف البحث التعرف على مستوى قلق المستقبل ومعنى الحياة لدى خريجي الجامعة العاطلين عن العمل، والكشف عن  الفروق في قلق المستقبل وفقاً لمتغيري الجنس ومدة البطالة، والتعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين قلق المستقبل ومعنى الحياة، والكشف عن إمكانية التنبؤ بمعنى الحياة من خلال قلق المستقبل، تكونت عينة البحث من (336) طالباً من طلاب الدبلوم العام بكلية التربية جامعة المنصورة من خريجي الجامعة العاطلين عن العمل (متوسط أعمارهم 26.651 عاماً وانحراف معياري 4.837)، تم اختيارهم خلال الفصل الدراسي الأول من العام الجامعي 2023/ 2024م. وأشارت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين المتوسطات الحسابية والمتوسطات النظرية لدرجات خريجي الجامعة العاطلين عن العمل على مقياس قلق المستقبل (التوقعات السلبية تجاه المستقبل، أحداث الحياة الضاغطة ، الأعراض الجسمية لقلق المستقبل ، المظاهر النفسية لقلق المستقبل) ، معنى الحياة (الإنجاز، العلاقات، الدين، السمو بالذات، تقبل الذات، المودة، المعاملة العادلة، الدرجة الكلية)، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات خريجي الجامعة العاطلين عن العمل على مقياس قلق المستقبل تعزى للجنس ومدة البطالة وذلك في صالح الإناث، ومدة البطالة الأعلى، ووجود معاملات ارتباط سالبة ودالة إحصائياً بين درجات خريجي الجامعة العاطلين عن العمل على مقياس قلق المستقبل  ودرجاتهم على مقياس معنى الحياة (الإنجاز، العلاقات، الدين، السمو بالذات، تقبل الذات، المودة، المعاملة العادلة، الدرجة الكلية)، كما يمكن التنبؤ بمعنى الحياة  لدى خريجي الجامعة العاطلين عن العمل من خلال قلق المستقبل. الكلمات المفتاحية: القدرة التنبؤية، قلق المستقبل، معنى الحياة، خريجو الجامعة العاطلين عن العمل. Abstract The research aimed to identify the level of future anxiety and life meaning of unemployed university graduates, reveal differences in future anxiety according to gender and duration of unemployment, identify the nature of the relationship between future anxiety and life meaning, and reveal the possibility of predicting life meaning through future anxiety. Participants consisted of (336)  unemployed general diploma students at the Faculty of Education, Mansoura University (MA. 26.651 SD.4. 837) They were selected during the first semester of the academic year 2023/2024. Results indicated statistically significant differences between the scores means and theoretical scores means of unemployed university graduates on Future Anxiety Scale (negative expectations about the future, stressful life events, physical symptoms of future anxiety, psychological manifestations of future anxiety), and life meaning (achievement, relationships, religion, self – transcendence, self – acceptance, intimacy and fair treatment), There are statistically significant differences between the scores means of unemployed university graduates on Future Anxiety Scale due to gender and duration of unemployment, in favor of females, and longer duration of unemployment, and there are negative and statistically significant correlation coefficients between the scores of unemployed university graduates on Future Anxiety Scale and their scores on Life Meaning Scale (achievement, relationships, religion, self – transcendence, self – acceptance, intimacy and fair treatment).
