ملخص البحث: هدف البحث الحالي الى التعرف على اثر تصميم بيئة تعلم شخصية قائمة على الانفوجرافيك المتحرك لتنمية مهارات انتاج قواعد البيانات لدي طلاب كلية التربية النوعية بالمنصورة، واستخدم الباحث التصميم التجريبي (التطبيق القبلي/البعدي) باستخدام مجموعة تجريبية واحدة. وتمثلت عينة البحث من طلاب قسم اعداد معلم الحاسب الالي بكلية التربية النوعية جامعة المنصورة محافظة الدقهلية، وعددهم (37) طالب. وتمثلت أدوات البحث في (اختبار تحديد مستوى الخبرة السابقة - اختبار تحصيلي – بطاقة ملاحظة)، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات طلاب المجموعة التجريبية للاختبار التحصيلي وبطاقة ملاحظة أداء مهارات إنتاج قواعد لصالح القياس البعدي لدي طلاب كلية التربية النوعية بالمنصورة. Abstract The aim of the current research is to identify the effectiveness of Designing a Personal Learning Environment based on Animated Infographic to Develop Database Programming Skill for Students of the Faculty of Specific Education in Mansoura. The researcher used the experimental design (pre/post application) using two equivalent groups, one of which is a control group and the other is an experimental group. The research sample consisted of students of the Computer Teacher Preparation Department at the Faculty of Specific Education, Mansoura University, Dakahlia Governorate, numbering (36) students. The research tools consisted of (a test to determine the level of previous experience - an achievement test - an observation card - a product evaluation card). The research results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of students in the experimental and control groups in the post-measurement of the achievement test and the observation card for the performance of grammar production skills in favor of the experimental group" among students of the Faculty of Specific Education in Mansoura.
