هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف علي دور معلمي مدارس الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي بدولة الكويت في صنع القرار التربوي ، وقد استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وطبقت أداة الدراسة (الإستبانة) علي عينة مكونة من (107) معلمًا ومعلمة من معلمي مختلف المواد الدراسية بمرحلة التعليم الابتدائي من محافظات دولة الكويت الست، وأظهرت نتائج استجابات أفراد العينة لعبارات الاستبانة أن دور معلمي مدارس الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي بدولة الكويت في صنع القرار التربوي جاء بدرجة متوسطة وهذا يؤكد فعلاً على أن عادات وتقليد المجتمع الكويتي لا تؤثر على صناع القرار بالمدرسة الابتدائية. Abstract The current research aims to identify the role of teachers in primary schools in the State of Kuwait in educational decision-making. The researcher used the descriptive approach and applied the study tool (questionnaire) to a sample of (107) male and female teachers of various subjects in the primary education stage from the six governorates of the State of Kuwait. The results of the sample members' responses to the questionnaire phrases showed that the role of teachers in primary schools in the State of Kuwait in educational decision-making was moderate, which confirms that the customs and traditions of Kuwaiti society do not affect decision-makers in primary schools.
