مستخلص استهدفت الدراسة التحقق من فعالية برنامج ارشادى للامهات لخفض بعض الاضطرابات الجنسية لابنائهن التوحديين، وتكونت عينة من (10) مراهقين توحديين بمدرسه التربية الفكرية بإدارة غرب المنصورة التعليمية بمحافظه الدقهلية. تتراوح أعمارهم بين (13- 15) سنه، متوسط تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين، مجموعة تجريبية (ن= 5) بمتوسط عمر زمنى (61‚14) وبانحراف معيارى مقداره (624‚0)، والمجموعة الضابطة (ن = 5) بمتوسط عمرها الزمني (42‚14) وبانحراف معيارى مقداره (512‚0)، واستخدمت الباحثة الأدوات الآتية : مقياس الاضطرابات الجنسية للمراهقين التوحديين (إعداد/ الباحثة) ، برنامج ارشادى للامهات (إعداد/ الباحثة) ،وقد أسفرت نتائج الدراسة  عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في القياس البعدي على مقياس الاضطرابات الجنسية للمراهقين التوحديين فى اتجاه المجموعة التجريبية ، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين القبلي و البعدي على مقياس الإضطرابات الجنسية فى اتجاه القياس البعدي ، ولا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياسين البعدي والتتبعى على مقياس الإضطرابات الجنسية. الكلمات المفتاحية: برنامج ارشادى للامهات - الإضطرابات الجنسية – التوحديين Abstract The study aimed to verify the effectiveness of a counseling program for mothers to reduce some of the sexual disorders of their autistic children. A sample consisted of (10) autistic adolescents at the School of Intellectual Education, West Mansoura Educational Administration, Dakahlia Governorate. Their ages range from (13-15) years, on average. They were divided into two groups: an experimental group (n = 5) with an average chronological age of (14.61) and a standard deviation of (0.624), and a control group (n = 5) with an average age. The time frame was (14.42) with a standard deviation of (0.512). The researcher used the following tools: a sexual disorders scale for autistic adolescents (prepared by the researcher), a counseling program for mothers (prepared by the researcher). The results of the study resulted in statistically significant differences between The average ranks of the scores of the experimental and control groups in the post-measurement on the Sexual Disorders Scale for Autistic Adolescents are in the direction of the experimental group, and there are statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the scores of the experimental group in the pre- and post-measurements on the Sexual Disorders Scale in the direction of the post-measurement. There are no statistically significant differences between Average ranks of the experimental group's scores in the post and follow-up measurements on the sexual disorders scale.
