المستخلص: استهدفت الدراسة معرفة فعالية برنامج إرشادي انتقائي في خفض الاغتراب النفسي  لدي المكفوفين من تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (20) تلميذ وتلميذة من المكفوفين بالمرحلة الاعدادية، تم تقسيمهم عشوائياً إلى مجموعتين، مجموعة تجريبية (ن=10) ومجموعة ضابطة (ن=10)، واستخدمت الدراسة الأدوات التالية: مقياس الاغتراب النفسي (إعداد/الباحثة) ، مقياس الكفاءة الاجتماعية (إعداد/الباحثة)، برنامج إرشادي انتقائي(إعداد/ الباحثة)، وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في القياس البعدى على مقياس الاغتراب النفسي في اتجاه المجموعة التجريبية، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية في الاغتراب النفسي قبل تطبيق البرنامج وبعده في اتجاه القياس البعدى  ، وعدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطي رتب درجات المجموعة التجريبية على مقياس الاغتراب النفسي  في القياسين البعدى والتتبعى. الكلمات المفتاحية:  برنامج إرشادي انتقائي- الاغتراب النفسي -–المكفوفين - تلاميذ المرحلة الإعدادية. Abstract The study aimed to determine the effectiveness of a selective counseling program in reducing psychological alienation among blind middle school students. The study sample consisted of (20) blind middle school students, who were randomly divided into two groups, an experimental group (n=10) and a control group (n= 10), the study used the following tools: Psychological Alienation Scale (prepared by the researcher), Social Competence Scale (prepared by the researcher), and a selective counseling program (prepared by the researcher). The study resulted in statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the scores of the experimental and control groups. In the post-measurement on the psychological alienation scale in the direction of the experimental group, and the presence of statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the experimental group's scores in psychological alienation before and after implementing the program in the direction of the post-measurement, and the absence of statistically significant differences between the average ranks of the experimental group's scores on the psychological alienation scale in Both dimensional and follow-up measurements.
