تكمن أهمية هذا البحث في معرفة بعض التجارب العالمية الرائدة فى إطار العلاقة التي تربط بين التكافل الصناعي والاقتصاد الدائري،وتحقيق التمية المستدامة ،وإمكانية محاكاة هذه التجارب الرائدة في مجال التكافل الصناعى.
كما تعتبر التنمية المستدامة من أهم القضايا المطروحة على الساحات الإقليمية والدولية ، وهى تمثل عملية تطوير فى شتى المجالات الإقتصادية والإجتماعية والبيئية والمؤسسية والتقنية وغيرها من المجالات المختلفة بصورة تضمن استمرار إشباع الحاجات البشرية للأجيال الحالية دون التعرض لحقوق الأجيال القادمة.
ولقد أصبح مفهوم التكافل الصناعي مصطلحاً شائعاً في السنوات الأخيرة لوصف الأنشطة الصناعية حيث تصبح النفايات أو المنتجات الثانوية لأحد الأطراف مورداً لأطراف أخري، وتوجد أفضل أشكال التكافل الصناعي في المجمعات الصناعية الإيكولوجية؛ حيث تتواجد الشركات الصناعية بجوار بعضها البعض، للاستفادة من إدارة مياه الصرف وإعادة التدوير.
والتكافل الصناعي هونظام صناعي لتبادل المواد والطاقة بصورة مخطط لها، ويسمح بالعمر الطويل للمنتجات المصممة تصميما مبتكراً ، ويركز على الاستخدام الفعال للموارد وعلى إنتاج أقل قدر ممكن من النفايات، وبناء هياكل اقتصادية مستدامة، ويسهم في إصلاح أداء النظام الاقتصادي العالمي.
The importance of this research lies in knowing some of the leading global experiences within the framework of the relationship between industrial solidarity and the circular economy, achieving sustainable development, and the possibility of simulating these leading experiences in the field of industrial solidarity.
Sustainable development is also considered one of the most important issues raised in regional and international arenas, and it represents a development process in various economic, social, environmental, institutional, technical and other different fields in a way that ensures the continued satisfaction of human needs for current generations without compromising the rights of future generations.
The concept of industrial solidarity has become a common term in recent years to describe industrial activities where waste or by-products of one party become a resource for other parties, and the best forms of industrial solidarity are found in ecological industrial complexes; Where industrial companies are located next to each other, to benefit from wastewater management and recycling.
Industrial symbiosis is an industrial system for the planned exchange of materials and energy, which allows for the long life of innovatively designed products, focuses on the efficient use of resources and the production of the least possible amount of waste, building sustainable economic structures, and contributes to the reform of the performance of the global economic system.
