هدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد فاعلية برنامج تدريبي مقترح قائم على أبعاد التنمية المستدامة‏ ‏لتنمية الأداء التدريسي لدى معلمى الكيمياء ‏بالمرحلة الثانوية بالمملكة العربية ‏السعودية ، واتبع البحث المنهج التجريبي ذا التصميم شبة التجريبي، واستخدم  تصميم المجموعة الواحدة مع التطبيق (قبلي- بعدي) لأداة البحث ،حيث بلغت مجموعة البحث(30) معلمًا من معلمى الكيمياء بالمرحلة الثانوية بمحافظة القنفذة ، وقام الباحث ببناء البرنامج التدريبى القائم على أبعاد التنمية المستدامة ، وتم إعداد بطاقة ملاحظة الأداء التدريسي، وقد تم التحقق من صدق وثبات أداة البحث. وقد أظهرت نتائج البحث أن هناك فاعلية للبرنامج التدريبى فى تنمية الأداء التدريسي لمعلمي الكيمياء بالمرحلة الثانوية ‏بمعدل كسب لبليك (1.23)، ويوصى البحث بتدريب معلمى الكيمياء بالمرحلة الثانوية بصورة مستدامة لتحسين أدائهم التدريسي باستمرار.
Abstract:
This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a proposed training program focused on the principles of sustainable development in improving the teaching performance of secondary school chemistry teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The research utilized a quasi-experimental design with a single-group model that involved pre- and post-intervention assessments. The sample for the study consisted of 30 secondary school chemistry teachers from Al-Qunfudhah Province.
The researcher developed a training program that aligns with the principles of sustainable development and created a checklist for observing teaching performance. The validity and reliability of the research tool were thoroughly assessed. The findings indicated that the training program significantly enhanced the teachers' teaching performance, resulting in a Blake gain ratio of 1.23.
The study highlights the need for ongoing and effective training for secondary school chemistry teachers to promote consistent enhancements in their teaching performance.
