الملخص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى اتجاهات معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة في المدارس العادية نحو دمج الطلبة ضعاف السمع بدولة الكويت، تكونت العينة من (318) معلما ومعلمة تم اختيارها بالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، وتم تطبيق مقياس الاتجاهات الذي أعده الباحث؛ بعد التأكد من خصائصه السكومترية، واتبعت الدراسة المنهج المسحي الوصفي. أظهرت النتائج: أن مستوى اتجاهات معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة في المدارس العادية نحو دمج الطلبة ضعاف السمع كان متوسطا، كما أظهرت النتائج أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في بين المتوسطات الحسابية لاتجاهات المعلمين يعزى لمتغيري الجنس أو المؤهل العلمي أو لتفاعل الجنس مع المؤهل العلمي، وبينت النتائج ضرورة توفير التقنيات والوسائل الحديثة الخاصة بتعليم الطلبة ضعاف السمع داخل المدارس وكذلك توفير الحوافز المادية للمعلمين المتعاملين مع الطلبة ضعاف السمع كمقترحات لتنمية اتجاهات المعلمين نحو دمج الطلبة ضعاف السمع بالمدارس العادية، وخلصت الدراسة ألى عدد من التوصيات من أبرزها تقديم برامج تدريبية شاملة ومتخصصة للمعلمين، ودعمهم بالموارد والمعدات التعليمية، وتعزيز التعاون بينهم وبين اخصائي التربية الخاصة، وزيادة الوعي المجتمعي والتثقيف حول عملية الدمج، وتحسين البنية التحتية في المدارس، ومتابعة وتقييم أداء المعلمين، وأشراك المعلمين في صنع القرار، وتطوير المناهج حتى تتلاءم مع الطلبة، ودعم الطلبة نفسيا واجتماعيا. الكلمات المفتاحية: اتجاهات، معلمي المرحلة المتوسطة، ضعاف السمع، دمج الطلبة، الكويت     Attitudes of middle school teachers in regular schools towards the integration of hearing-impaired students in the State of Kuwait Dr.Ahmad Mubarak Alenezi          Dr. Nouf Salem Almarzouq        Treaner ( A )                                          Associate Professor Dr.Hashmia Mohammad Almosawy Associate Professor Basic Education College, Kuwait hm.almusawi@paaet.edu.kw      Noufaalmarzouq11@gmail.com     am.alenezi1@paaet.edu.kw ABSTRACT:      The study aimed to identify the attitudes of middle school teachers in regular schools towards integrating hearing-impaired students in the State of Kuwait. The sample consisted of (318) male and female teachers who were selected using a stratified random method. The attitude scale prepared by the researcher was applied after verifying its psychometric properties. The study followed the descriptive survey method. The results showed that the level of attitudes of middle school teachers in regular schools towards the integration of hearing-impaired students was average. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the arithmetic averages of teachers' attitudes attributed to the variables of gender or academic qualification or to the interaction of gender with academic qualification. The results showed the necessity of providing modern technologies and means for teaching hearing-impaired students in schools, as well as providing material incentives for teachers dealing with hearing-impaired students as proposals to develop teachers' attitudes towards the integration of hearing-impaired students in regular schools. The study concluded with a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which are providing comprehensive and specialized training programs for teachers, supporting them with educational resources and equipment, enhancing cooperation between them and special education specialists, increasing community awareness and education about the integration process, improving infrastructure in schools, monitoring and evaluating teachers' performance, involving teachers in decision-making, developing curricula to suit students, and supporting students psychologically and socially.
