يناقش هذا البحث الدين المؤجل ومدى تأثير الموت في حلوله، وهل لموت أحد الدائنين تأثير في حلول الأجل. فتناول البحث مفهوم الدين بمعناه العام والخاص، وأسباب نشوئه في الذمة، وأنواع الدين  باعتبار الدائن، وباعتبار وقت أدائه، وأنواع الدين باعتبار قوته وضعفه،وأنواعه باعتبار ما يسقط به، وأنواع الدين باعتبار الشركة فيه، وأنواع الدين باعتبار إمكان تحصيله والقدرة على استيفائه، وأنواع الدين باعتبار وقت ثبوته، وأنواع الدين باعتبار توثيقه،. كما تناول البحث خصائص الدين، وحكمه، وحكم الوفاء به، ومفهوم الأجل، وأنواعه، وأدلة مشروعيته، وأثر الموت في حلول الدين المؤجل، وهل لموت الدائن أو المدين تأثير في حلول الدين المؤجل بحيث يصبح الدين المؤجل  حالاً واجب الأداء، أم يبقى الأجل على ما هو عليه، لا يؤثر فيه موت الدائن أو المدين.  كما تناول البحث الأجل في القانون وخصائصه، وأنواعه باعتبار الأثر المترتب عليه، وباعتبار مصدره وطرق انقضائه، وأسباب سقوطه، وأثر موت الدائن أو المدين في سقوط الأجل وحلول الدين المؤجل في القانون.   Abstract: This study addresses deferred debt and the impact of death on its due date arrival and whether there is an impact of a creditor's death on the arrival of debt's due date. This study investigated the general and special concept of debt, the reasons for its indebtedness, types of debt based on the creditor and due date, types considering its strength or weakness, types in terms of dropping causes, types based on sharing indebtedness, types based on the possibility of its collection and fulfillment, types based on the date of indebtedness, and types based on its certification. The research also addressed debt properties, prescription, fulfillment, the concept of debt term and its types, evidence of legitimacy, the impact of death on the deferred date due date, whether the death of the creditor or debtor affects the due date by making it immediate or should the due date stay as is without any impact for the death of either of them. Besides, this study also addressed the debt term, its properties, types based on its implication, source, ways of fulfillment, reasons of dropping and the impact of debtor or creditor's death on its dropping and the arrival of its due date according to law.
