يهدف البحث إلى: التعريف بطبيعة الواقع الافتراضي «الميتافيرس»، وأدواته، وأهم منصاته، وفوائده وسلبياته، وحكمه، وضوابط استخدامه، وتكييفه الفقهي، وأحكام تطبيقاته في مسائل العبادات. وخلص البحث إلى: الواقع الافتراضي «الميتافيرس»: بيئة محاكاة افتراضية إنغماسية وتفاعلية لأشياء حقيقية، أو تخيلية ثلاثية الأبعاد، مُنشأة بواسطة رسوم الكمبيوتر، ينغمس فيها المشاهد باستخدام تكنولوجيات حاسيًة مختلفة، مثل النظارات المجسمة، والقفازات. وحكمه الإباحة، فيجوز استخدام - بل ويندب الإسهام والمشاركة في تطويره - الواقع الافتراضي بالضوابط والقيود الفقهية المسطورة على صفحات البحث. وإن أصح تكييف للواقع الافتراضي أنه تصرف أصيل بالنفس، و«الأفاتار» هو أداة اتصال «مبرمجة» بتقنيات «الذكاء الاصطناعي». وخلص البحث في مسائل العبادات التطبيقية في الواقع الافتراضي إلى الآتي: العبادات لا تجوز في الواقع الافتراضي إلا على سبيل التعليم، وأن أداءها في الواقع الافتراضي لا تبرأ به ذمة المُكلف، ولا يجوز أداء الصلاة افتراضيا في حالة العجز عن أدائها حقيقة، ويندب استكمال شروط صحتها في الواقع الافتراضي عند العجز عنها في الحقيقة، وأن الزكاة تجب في عروض تجارة الواقع الافتراضي. وأن الحج لا يجوز على الواقع الافتراضي ولو في حالتي العجز أو المنع. وأنه يجب الامتناع عن تناول المفطرات في الواقع الافتراضي؛ مراعاة لحرمة الصوم الواقعي، ولا يوجد ما يحظر استخدام الواقع الافتراضي لتقدير أوقات فريضة الصلاة، وكذا فريضة الصوم. Abstract: This research aims to identify the nature of the virtual reality (Metaverse) and its tools, platforms, and judgments, restrictions of usages , jurisprudential  adaptations  and applied judgments of issues of worships This research has concluded the following: the virtual reality (Metaverse) is a simulated  excess environment as activated with the true things or imaginary three dimensions developed by the IT  drawings and excessed by the visional people by using the different sensation technology , such as the stereoscopic  or gloves . despite the permissibility rules, allowed to be utilized, or its counterparts that participating and contributing in its developments – so the virtual reality with all restrictions and jurisprudential rules mentioned on the Webs so in other word the verified adaptation to the virtual reality is acting as Authentic self-disposition and Avatar considered as a communication tool (programmed) by the techniques of the artificial intelligence. The research has concluded in the area of the issues of applied worships in virtual reality to some results; it is prohibited to worship in a virtual reality sense unless in the education purposes, as its performance in the virtual reality could not absolve the person responsible for it.  As it is prohibited to worship in virtual reality manners unless in disability cases to be performed properly and it could be absolved in completion in the virtual reality, so  if there are disability to be performed in reality as the zakat could be performed and collected in virtual reality and the pilgrims could not be performed in the virtual reality just in both cases of prohibition or disability also it is prohibited to have the foods that break the fast in the virtual reality with noting that the holiness of fasting is in reality and there are  no any prohibition in using the virtual reality to assess the times of  obligatory prayers  and fasting
