الملخص
يهدف البحث الراهن إلى الوقوف على علاقة العوامل الديموجرافية والوظيفي بالتماثل التنظيمي. وقد اعتمد البحث على أسلوب المسح الاجتماعي بالحصر الشامل، والأسلوب المقارن، كما اعتمد على استمارة الاستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع البيانات.
وقد كشف البحث عن وجود فروق في درجة التماثل التنظيمي تعزى إلى السن، ومدة العمل داخل التنظيم، وعدم وجود فروق في درجة التماثل التنظيمي تعزى إلى النوع والدخل الشهري من العمل. Abstract The current research aims to determine the relationship of demographic and job factors to organizational Identification. The research relied on the com-prehensive social survey method, and the comparative method, as well as the questionnaire form as a basic tool for data collection.
The research revealed that there are no differences in the degree of organiza-tional identification due to age, gender, length of service within the organi-zation, and monthly income from work.
