لتدبر القرآن أهمية كبرى باعتباره سبيل إدراك مقاصد الآيات وفهم معانيها ليكون المسلم مستنيراً قلبه ومتوسعة مداركه ، ولذلك أدرك الصحابة هذا فلم يكونوا يتجاوزون عشر آيات من القرآن إلا عملوا بما ورد فيها، كما أن تدبر القرآن وسيلة لزيادة إيمان العبد ، وإدراك مفاتيح تحقيق السعادة في الدنيا والآخرة. وقد حذر سبحانه وتعالى من الأخذ بظاهر الآيات القرآنية فقد وصف الله تعالى الأمم التي تأخذ بظاهر الآيات فقط بأنها أمم أميّة .     
         وقد اهتم المؤلفون القدامى والمحدثون ولا يزالون بالدراسات الدلالية المتعمقة لموضوعات القرآن الكريم، لا سيما ما يتعلق بمعاني الألفاظ القرآنية. وهذه الدراسات تهدف إلى استكشاف أبعاد النصوص القرآنية وفق المنظور الدلالي، فكان اختيار بحثي هو (لفظ "التدبير" في القرآن الكريم - البنية والدلالات) ليتناغم مع ما أشرت إليه. وقد ذكرت كل الآيات التي جاءت في القرآن الكريم في هذا الموضوع ؛ وظهر لي  كثير من المعاني والدلالات لهذه الكلمة . وقد اعتمدت على بعض المصادر منها: تفسير ابن كثير وتفسير القرطبي والتفسير الكبير .
Reflecting upon the Quran holds great importance as it is the means to understand the objectives of the verses and grasp their meanings, allowing the Muslim to have a heart that is enlightened and a mind that is broadened. The companions of the Prophet (PBUH) recognized this, and they would not move beyond ten verses of the Quran without acting upon what was revealed in them. Reflecting upon the Quran is also a means of increasing one's faith and understanding the keys to achieving happiness in both this world and the Hereafter. Allah (SWT) warned against taking the apparent meaning of the Quranic verses without deeper understanding, describing those who do so as illiterate nations.
Both ancient and modern authors have shown interest in profound semantic studies of the Quranic topics, particularly concerning the meanings of Quranic words. These studies aim to explore the dimensions of the Quranic texts from a semantic perspective. Hence, my research was focused on the word "Tadbir" (Management) in the Quran – its structure and meanings – to align with what I have mentioned. I included all the verses that address this topic in the Quran, and I found many meanings and connotations of this word. I relied on various sources, including IbnKathir'sTafseer, Al-Qurtubi'sTafseer, and Tafseer Al-Kabeer.
