عُني هذا البحث بدراسة نماذج من التعقبات الحديثية للحافظ مغلطاي بن قليج (ت762ه) على العلماء في كتابه ©التلويح إلى شرح الجامع الصحيح®، وقد سرت فيه على المنهج التحليلي والنقدي، وتتلخص مشكلة البحث في احتواء كتابه ©التلويح إلى شرح الجامع الصحيح® على تعقبات كثيرة ومتنوعة له على العلماء؛ تحتاج إلى جمع ودراسة، لمعرفة مدى دقتها، والوصول إلى الصواب فيها، وتظهر أهمية البحث في المكانة العلمية العالية للحافظ مغلطاي، وفي كتابه التلويح، الذي أصبح مرجعًا مهمًا لمن جاء بعده من الشراح، بل لا يكاد يخلو شرح بعده من العزو إليه، وهذا البحث هو نماذج منتقاة من تعقباته، لإبراز جهوده في التعقب والنقد، وقد اشتمل البحث على ثلاثة عشر نموذجًا من تعقباته المتنوعة، مرتبة حسب موضوعاتها، وخلصت الدراسة إلى موافقته في جميعها إلا اثنين منها، وقد كشف البحث عن سعة علم واطلاع الحافظ مغلطاي، وعقليته الناقدة الفذة التي تميز بها، واستقرائه لأقوال العلماء، واهتمامه بتحرير أحوال الرواة جرحًا وتعديلًا، وعنايته بألفاظ الحديث ودقته في العزو والتخريج، مما جعله يتعقب العلماء في تخريجهم وعزوهم الأحاديث، وقد اتسمت تعقباته بالشمولية والتنوع، مع عدم جموده وتقليده فيها، بل كان ناقدًا مجتهدًا، يُبَيِّنُ أقوال من تقدمه تفصيلًا، ثم يناقشها مع ذكر الدليل والتعليل، مما دفع النقاد بعده إلى موافقته في كثير من تعقباته. The current research focuses on studying examples of the hadith critiques by Hafiz Mughltay ibn Qaliq (D. 762H) on scholars in his book " Alttalwyḥ ilá sharḥ Al-Jāmiʻ Al-ṣaḥīḥ " The study employs an analytical and critical methodology. The core issue of the research lies in the multitude and diversity of critiques contained in his book, which require collection and examination to assess their accuracy and reach a correct understanding. The importance of the research is highlighted by the high scholarly status of Hafiz Mughltay and the significance of his book, which has become an important reference for subsequent scholars. Indeed, it is rare to find a commentary that does not cite him. This research presents selected examples of his critiques to showcase his efforts in critique and analysis. The study includes thirteen examples of his diverse critiques, organized by topic. The findings indicate that he is in agreement with the scholars in all but two instances. The research reveals the extensive knowledge and insight of Hafiz Mughltay, his exceptional critical mind, and his thorough examination of scholars' statements. It emphasizes his attention to the status of narrators, both in terms of criticism and commendation, as well as his precision in the wording of hadiths and meticulousness in citation and transmission. This thoroughness enabled him to critique scholars in their referencing and citation of hadiths. His critiques are characterized by their comprehensiveness and diversity, avoiding rigidity and imitation. Instead, he was a diligent critic who elaborated on the statements of his predecessors, discussing them with evidence and reasoning, which led later critics to concur with him on many of his critiques.
