يهدف هذا البحث إلي تقييم دور الذكاء الاصطناعي في التنبؤ بالأرباح المستقبلية بالتطبيق علي الشركات المقيدة بالبورصة المصرية ، واعتمد البحث في هذا التقييم علي الدراسات السابقة والبيانات المستخلصة من القوائم المالية والتقارير المالية للشركات المقيدة في سوق الأوراق المالية ، وتم الاعتماد علي عينة من الشركات المقيدة بالبورصة المصرية بلغ عددها (20) شركة خلال الفترة من عام 2019 وحتي عام 2023، وقد اعتمد البحث علي تحليلين أحدهما أساسي والآخر إضافي من خلال اختبار أثر تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي علي التنبؤ بالأرباح المستقبلية للشركات وتم استخدام العديد من الأساليب الإحصائية التي تصلح للتعامل مع متغيرات البحث كالوسط الحسابي والانحراف المعياري والانحدار البسيط واختبار Mann-Whitney وذلك لاختبار فروض البحث، وتم استخدام خوارزميات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التنبؤ (شجرة القراراتDecision tree- الغابة العشوائيةRandom Forest - آلة المتجهات الداعمة Support Vector Machine – بابيزNative Bayes- الجار الأقرب KNN(K-Nearest Neighbor)   بالتطبيق علي قطاعات مختلفة (العقاري- بتروكيماويات – الاتصالات ) وقد توصل البحث إلي وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي و التنبؤ بالأرباح المستقبلية لشركات الأعمال، وأظهرت النتائج استخدام الخوارزميات أن Random Forest  هي الخوارزمية الأكثر فعالية بين النماذج المستخدمة بينما تعاني باقي الخوارزميات من ضعف في الأداء  وأثبت أن هناك اتفاق حول أهمية تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي وذلك لما تحققه من العديد من المزايا والإيجابيات التي تؤكد ضرورة تطبيقها في شركات الأعمال، .
This research aims to build a proposed framework for the role of artificial intelligence in predicting future profits by applying it to companies listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange. In building the proposed framework, the research relied on previous studies and data extracted from the financial statements and financial reports of companies listed on the stock market, and a sample of companies was relied upon. The number of companies listed on the Egyptian Stock Exchange reached (20) during the period from 2019 to 2023.
The research relied on two analyses, one basic and the other additional, by testing the impact of artificial intelligence techniques on predicting future profits for companies. Many statistical methods were used that are suitable for dealing with research variables, such as the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, simple regression, and the Mann-Whitney test, in order to test the research hypotheses.
Artificial intelligence algorithms were used in prediction (Decision tree - Random Forest - Support Vector Machine - Native Bayes - KNN (K-Nearest Neighbor). The research found that there is a statistically significant relationship between artificial intelligence techniques and prediction. future profits of business companies
The results of the use of algorithms showed that Random Forest is the most effective algorithm among the models used, while the rest of the algorithms suffer from poor performance. It proved that there is agreement on the importance of artificial intelligence techniques due to the many advantages and positives it achieves that confirm the necessity of applying them in business companies.
