This study aims to identify the relationship between the anatomy of women and the most common injuries of field hockey players who participate in the Egyptian Super League for 2023/2024 sports season to expand the current knowledge base of these injuries and to determine the most common injury rates according to the play centers. The areas of the body are anatomically divided into: Upper extremities involving five areas (Head and Neck, Shoulder Girdle, Thoracic and core, Elbow and forearm, wrist and Hand), injuries on the lower extremities involving four areas (Pelvic and Thigh, Knee, Leg and calf, ankle and Foot). The sample included 68 players from eight teams in the Egyptian Super League for Hockey (8 guards, 23 defenders, 22 midfielders, 15 attackers). Data statistical were collected and analyzed through (SPSS).The most important results of the present study are that the most areas of the body suffered injuries to field hockey players according to the anatomy of women is the pelvic area and thigh followed by the knee, and the study also showed that the goalkeepers are the least players to be injured, They are most vulnerable to injuries The study concluded that there is a need to build training programs on the basis of the anatomical, morphological and mechanical differences of women, which dictate the nature of practice different from the training methods used with men.
