the high tech, especially nanotechnology, has dominated various aspects of life in this age, especially architecture, by exploiting its potential to produce new materials or to improve the properties of certain materials through some nanomaterials. This has led to the emergence of nanostructures, the latest of high-tech technologies in the 21st century. Where architecture has given multiple possibilities to form an architectural product interacting with the natural environment through the use of building materials improved with nanotechnologies such as concrete, iron, wood, etc. The research deals with the development of nanotechnology in addition to many concepts related to the field of nanotechnology, Nanoparticles and their properties: The advanced properties of construction systems and various construction materials, whether concrete, steel or wood, which helped to increase the efficiency and economics of buildings. An analysis was carried out using the comparative descriptive analysis method to study and analyze the success factors of examples to reach the impact of nanomaterials On cost and time of implementation. The objective of the research is to determine the impact of the use of nanotechnology on the economics of materials in the field of construction.     لقد سيطرت التقنيات الفائقة وخاصة تقنية النانو على مختلف مجالات الحياة فى هذا العصر وبخاصة العمارة من خلال استغلال إمكانياتها فى إنتاج مواد جديدة أو تحسين خواص مواد معينة من خلال بعض الإضافات النانوية, مما أدى إلى ظهور عمارة النانو وهى أحدث ما أنتجته التقنيات الفائقة فى القرن الحادى والعشرين حيث أعطت العمارة إمكانيات متعددة لتشكيل منتج معمارى متفاعل مع البيئة الطبيعية من خلال استخدام خامات بناء محسنة بتقنيات النانو مثل الخرسانة والحديد والخشب وإلخ....يتناول البحث تطور تقنية النانو بالإضافة إلى العديد من المفاهيم المتعلقة بمجال النانو, والمواد النانوية وخواصها: وما أتاحته من خصائص متقدمة لنظم الإنشاء وخامات البناء المتنوعة سواء كانت الخرسانة أو الفولاذ أو الخشب التى ساعدت على زيادة كفاءة واقتصاديات المبانى, وتم عمل دراسة تحليلية باستخدام منهج التحليل الوصفى المقارن للوصول إلى تأثير المواد النانوية على التكلفة وزمن التنفيذ وأداء أعلى للمبنى. حيث أن هدف البحث هو تحديد مدى تأثير استخدام تكنولوجيا النانو على اقتصاديات المواد فى مجال التشييد والبناء.
