هدف البحث الي الكشف عن دور التعليم العام بدولة ماليزيا في تحقيق أهداف التنمية الاقتصادية من وجهة نظر طالبات الدراسات العليا ، واستخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي ، وتكونت عينة البحث من (35) طالبة من طالبات الدراسات العليا في كلية التربية بجامعة الملك سعود ، وقامت الباحثات ببناء الاستبانة ، وتوصل البحث الي أن هناك توافقًا عامًا في الآراء، حيث أن أغلب العبارات حصلت على درجة "موافقة"، مما يعكس رضا معتدل حول التوجهات العامة للنظام التعليمي الماليزي، مع وجود بعض النقاط السلبية ، وأن العينة تتفق بشدة على ضرورة تلبية التعليم العام لاحتياجات سوق العمل ودعم أهداف التنمية الاقتصادية ، وأن دور التعليم العام في دولة ماليزيا يعد حجر الزاوية لتحقيق أهداف التنمية الاقتصادية، وهو ما تبيّن من خلال آراء وتجارب طالبات الدراسات العليا في كلية التربية، ولقد أظهرت النتائج أن التعليم العام لا يقتصر على تزويد الطلاب بالمعرفة الأكاديمية فحسب، بل يمتد ليكون أداة استراتيجية لتلبية احتياجات السوق المتغيرة وتعزيز القدرات الاقتصادية للبلاد. The aim of the research is to discover the role of public education in Malaysia in achieving economic development goals from the perspective of graduate students, employing researchers for visual descriptions, from (35) female graduate students at the College of Education at King Saud University, and they helped the questionnaire, and the research concluded that there is a general agreement in policies, as the statements received a degree of "agreement", indicating moderate satisfaction with the general sound trends of Malaysian education, with some negative points, and that starting to start meeting public education to the needs of the labor market aims to achieve economic development goals, and that the role of public education in Malaysia is the cornerstone for achieving economic development goals, which is indicated by the opinions and experiences of graduate students in the College of Education, and it is noted that the results of public education are not limited to providing students with specialized academic knowledge, but extend to be a basic tool for the basic foundations of changing cells and economic benefits for the country.
