ملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى تنمية أبعاد الكفاءة الذاتية لدى طلاب المرحلة الثانوية، وذلك باستخدام برنامج إثرائي قائم على مدخل STREAM. واتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي عند اعداد البرنامج وأدوات التقييم ومناقشة وتفسير نتائج البحث، والمنهج التجريبي ذي التصميم التجريبي على مجموعتي البحث طلاب الصف الثاني الثانوي بمدرسة رياض الصالحين المشتركة، إدارة حدائق أكتوبر التعليمية، مديرية التربية والتعليم بالجيزة، والتي تتكون من 50 طالباً وطالباً في المجموعة التجريبية ونفس العدد في المجموعة الضابطة.
وتم تطبيق البرنامج الإثرائي القائم على مدخل STREAM على المجموعة التجريبية، وتطبيق مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج على مجموعتي البحث. وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطات درجات المجموعة التجريبية ومتوسطات درجات المجموعة الضابطة وكانت لصالح المجموعة التجريبية في مقياس الكفاءة الذاتية، مما يؤكد فاعلية البرنامج الإثرائي.
Abstract
The aim of the research was to enhance dimensions of self-efficacy among high school students using an enrichment program based on the STREAM approach. The research employed a descriptive-analytical method in the preparation of the program and evaluation tools, as well as in the discussion and interpretation of the research results. Additionally, an experimental method with an experimental design was used on two groups of second-year high school students at Riyadh Al-Salihin Co-educational School, Hadayek October Educational Administration, Giza Education Directorate. The experimental group consisted of 50 students, with an equal number in the control group. The enrichment program based on the STREAM approach was implemented on the experimental group, and the evaluation tools (self-efficacy scale) were applied before and after the implementation of the program to both research groups. The results showed statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group and those of the control group, in favor of the experimental group, on the tests of depth of biological knowledge, creative thinking scale, and self-efficacy scale. This confirms the effectiveness of the enrichment program.
