هذا البحث بعنوان أثر العمل بالقواعد المقاصدية في استنباط أحكام النوازل في السياحة المستدامة, حيث هدفت إلى بيان أثر العمل بالقواعد المقاصدية من خلال التطبيقات على نوازل السياحة المستدامة, واختصرتها على بيان آراء الفقهاء الأربعة, وعرض بعض أدلتهم التي أستنده إليه في آرائهم, مع الترجيح حسب ما تراه الباحثة
 ولتحقيق أهداف هذا البحث, استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الاستقرائي, والاستنباطي, وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن أغلبية الفقهاء تتفق على أن الفقه الإسلامي يركز على القواعد الشرعية التي تسمح بدخول السياح غير المسلمين إلى جزيرة العرب والمساجد، باستثناء مكة، وعلى رغم اختلافها من حيث التطبيق العملي الفعلي, وقد خلصت الباحثة إلى أن أثر العمل بالقواعد المقاصدية في استنباط أحكام النوازل في السياحة المستدامة, تضمن هذا البحث على عدد من المسائل التي تبين أحكام النوازل في السياحة المستدامة, في مباحث, وقد وقفت الباحثة على ستة مسائل تطبيقية.
