Abstract

The study aimed to know the extent of the availability of organizational culture dimensions and the level of organizational development in Egypt Post Offices, the study sought to test the relationship between organizational culture and organizational development in Egypt Post Offices, and then come up with results and recommendations to be presented to the top management of Egypt Post that would support The organizational culture necessary to achieve organizational development. A random sample of (317) employees of Cairo Post Offices was acquired to collect the necessary data. And in order to confirm the proposed model of this research empirically, the questionnaire was utilized to gather data several 320 questionnaires were distributed. The study found that there is a statistically significant impact of the organizational culture represented by (involvement, consistency, adaptability, and mission) on organizational development. The results also revealed that Egypt post has a moderate level of overall organizational culture and organizational development.
