The paper publishes the scenes and hieroglyphic inscriptions of the relief-decorated panel JE 33260 - SR 4/ 11980, dating to the New Kingdom. The panel was found by V. Loret in the tomb of Mahu in the area of Teti Pyramid Cemetery in Saqqara North in 1898. It is currently exhibited in the Egyptian Museum in Cairo. The panel is made of limestone, with much damage to the scenes. The remaining part of the panel is divided into two registers. The upper register shows the owner of the tomb standing with his wife behind him, accepting offerings while being libated by one of his sons (worn out). The second register illustrates four people, a man and three women, all standing with an offering table before them. The study of the panel and the analysis of the scenes contradict what was written in the database of the Egyptian Museum
