ملخص البحث: تتناول هذه الدراسة فكرة الوقف الجماعي وهي فكرة ترتكز على وقف المشاع في الفقه الإسلامي، أما في الوقت الحاضر فهي من الأهمية بمكان لقدرتها على تلبية الحاجات المعاصرة وهي حاجات جديدة متنوعة ومتسعة، ولا تستطيع الجهود الفردية التي جرت عليها الأوقاف أن تقوم بإشباعها، وفكرة الوقف الجماعي تفتح الآفاق للاكتتاب لحشد مختلف الفئات التطوعية لإقامة المشاريع الاقتصادية والخدمية الكبرى. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان صور وآليات الوقف الجماعي المعاصر، إلى جانب بيان أحكامه المختلفة، في ضوء مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية والحاجات المعاصرة، وقد انتهت الدراسة إلى جملة من النتاج والتوصيات، أما أهم النتائج فهو جواز الوقف الجماعي لقدرته على تحقيق مقاصد الشريعة وأهداف الأوقاف الاجتماعية، وأما أهم التوصيات، فهي توجيه البحوث نحو ابتكار وتطوير استثمار الأوقاف لتعظيم دورها الاجتماعي وتحقيق الإشباعات المختلفة.   abstract: This study deals with the idea of ​​a collective endowment, which is an idea based on the common endowment in Islamic jurisprudence. However, at present, it is of great importance because of its ability to meet contemporary needs, which are new, diverse, and expanding needs, and the individual efforts undertaken by endowments cannot satisfy them, and the idea of ​​a collective endowment. Prospects are opened for subscription to mobilize various volunteer groups to establish major economic and service projects. This study aims to explain the forms and mechanisms of contemporary collective endowment and its various provisions in light of the objectives of Islamic law and modern needs. The study has concluded with several conclusions and recommendations. The most important result is the permissibility of collective endowment due to its ability to achieve the purposes of Islamic law and the objectives of social endowments. The most important recommendations are to direct research towards innovation and development of endowment investment to maximize its social role and achieve various satisfactions.
