تهدف هذه الدراسة على اهتمام الاسلام بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، منذ عهد مبكر، وأنها سابقة لمفكري الغرب الذين يفتخر بهم كثير الناس ونسوا أنَ الإسلام فيه من التوجيهات التي تخص جميع فئات المجتمع بما فيهم هذه الفئة المهمة، وأنً السنة النبوية بيًنت مساهمات هذه الفئة في الحياة العلمية والعملية، واختارت الدراسة نموذجا من هذه الفئة فئة ذي الحاجات الخاصة، والتي لها دور كبير في رواية السنة النبوية ألا هو التابعي الجليل(قتادة بن دعامة السدوسي) رحمه الله تعالى. This study aims to highlight Islam's interest in people with special needs، from an early era، and that it is a precedent for Western thinkers whom many people are proud of and who have forgotten that Islam contains directives that concern all groups of society، including this important group and that the Sunnah of the Prophet demonstrated the contributions of this group to scientific and practical life. The study chose a model of category of people with special needs، which has a major role in the narration of the Prophetic Sunnah، namely the venerable Tabi'i (Qatada bin Du'amah Al-Sadoosi)، may Allah Almighty have mercy on him.
