The research aims to identify the role of excellence management in achieving competitive advantage in the Kuwait Football Association by identifying:
-Strategic orientation to achieve competitive advantageFor the Kuwaiti Federation tosoccer.
-Enablers needed to achieve competitive advantageFor the Kuwaiti Federation tosoccer.
-Evaluation of results and their role in achieving competitive advantageFor the Kuwaiti Federation tosoccer.
Search procedures:
Research methodology: The researcher used the descriptive approach because it is appropriate for the nature of the research.
Research community and sample: The research community is represented in the following categories:
1- Employees of the General Sports Authority.
2-Members of MajtoSKuwait Football Association Management.
3- Members of the boards of directors of clubs, members of the General Assembly of the Kuwait Football Association.
The researcher obtained the responses in a random manner.

The researcher designed a questionnaire form and used the content validity of the “arbitrators" and it was also applied to a survey sample consisting of (45Individual) from within the research community and frominsideBasic sample(160 people)The researcher used the correlation coefficient between the phrases and their axes using Pearson's method.The questionnaire was applied during the period from 5/1-5/15/2024 AD.
