This research addresses the topic of facilitation in the rulings of Hajj in light of the Qur'an and Sunnah, highlighting the mercy and ease of Islamic law in this great act of worship. The significance of the research lies in its clarification of the aspects of facilitation for pilgrims and those performing Umrah, helping them perform their rituals with tranquility and comfort, and protecting them from falling into undue stringency.
The research relies on the inductive method to gather texts and rulings related to facilitation in Hajj, and employs the analytical and deductive method to study these texts and highlight the aspects of facilitation within them. The research is divided into four main sections that cover various aspects of facilitation in Hajj.
The research concludes that Islamic law has taken into consideration the facilitation of obligations for all individuals in all aspects, while preserving the objectives and goals of this great act of worship. This facilitation is evident in the various rulings and legislations related to Hajj, whether in general rulings or in specific rulings for particular categories of individuals.
