The research was conducted to identify some factors associated the degree of food knowledge and attitude and rural women practice in two villages of Beheira Governorate. The research aimed to identify the most important problems facing rural women respondents to develop nutritional awareness, and to provide some recommendations and research proposals to improve nutritional knowledge and practices among rural women. The research data was collected from rural women respondents, with a questionnaire administrated through face to face to face interviews after conducting pre-test study. The sample size was 280 respondents. Some statistical methods were used to describe and analyze data such as percentages, measures of central tendency, Pearson's and Spearman simple Correlation coefficient, through using of statistical package for the social sciences (SPSS). The research results reveled a significant relationship between rural Women's nutritional knowledge and between each of (age, educational level, occupation, monthly income, degree of ambition) in the most developing villages at a significant level (0.01). While in the least developing villages, there was a significant relationship between the rural Women's nutritional knowledge and between each variable (age, educational level, occupation, monthly income, participation in social organizations, degree of ambition) at a significant level (0.01). The research was concluded with some recommendations, the most important of which is working to develop rural Women's nutritional knowledge and awareness, through implementing guidance programs for rural women to preserve the food quality.
