Abstract

The Complex throne appeared in ancient arts such as ancient Egyptian art in free sculpture and in mural painting art and as a result the enthroned appear and each of them is sitting behind the other as well as it didn't appear in the Ptolemaic era where as appeared in Rome in the Imperial Era and also in Roman Egypt as well as in the Christian arts such as Coptic art and Byzantine art where it appear repeatedly since the important of the throne where mentioned a lot in the bible. I will discuss the types of complex thrones and try to find out the origin of every type and the enthroned people and are they sacred people or non-believers in Jesus Christ? as well in the Coptic and Byzantine art and the main ornaments in Coptic and byzantine art throw mural paintings and Illumination and coins in the monasteries and in the Egyptian and foreign museums.
