Abstract

This study explores the perceptions of librarians regarding the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in library services. Using qualitative research methodologies, including semi-structured interviews and thematic analysis, this research delves into the experiences, attitudes, and concerns of librarians as they navigate the evolving landscape of library technology. Findings suggest a nuanced perception of AI, highlighting both the potential benefits for enhancing library services and the challenges related to ethical considerations and job security. The study provides insights for policymakers and library management to facilitate effective AI adoption.
