ملخص البحث  قسم البحث إلى أربعة محاور وهى على النحو التالي : المحور الأول : علاقة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بالخليج . المحور الثاني : دول الخليج والأسلحة الأمريكية ويتضمن المحور الثاني : (أولا : السعودية – ثانيا : إيران – ثالثا : الكويت – رابعا : الإمارات العربية المتحدة – خامسا : قطر – سادسا : سلطنة عمان – سابعا : البحرين )  المحور الثالث : الكونجرس الأمريكي وسياسة بيع الأسلحة ، ويشتمل المحور الثالث على : ( أولا: البنود العامة لصفقات الأسلحة ، ثانيا: المبادئ العامة لصفقات الأسلحة مع دول الخليج . المحور الرابع : اللجنة الدولية والتحقيق في زيادة صفقات الأسلحة للخليج عام 1975م ، ويتضمن المحور الرابع : أولا : استفسارات اللجنة، ثانيا : إطار لسياسة مبيعات أسلحة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ، ثالثا : توصيات اللجنة . Abstract The research was divided into four axes as follows: The first axis: the relationship of the United States of America with the Gulf. The second axis: Gulf countries and American weapons, and the second axis includes: (First: Saudi Arabia - Second: Iran - Third: Kuwait - Fourth: UAE - Fifth: Qatar - Sixth: Sultanate of Oman - Seventh: Bahrain) Third. Axis: the US Congress and the policy of selling weapons. The third axis: (First: the general provisions of arms deals, second: the general principles of arms deals with the Gulf states, the fourth axis: the international commission and the investigation into the increase in arms deals to the Gulf in 1975 AD. The fourth axis: first: the committee's investigations, second: the framework of the sale policy American Weapons,: Committee Recommendations.
