يتناول هذا البحث تدريس الفقه في العالم الإسلامي في شطرين: الأول: واقع هذا التدريس، والثاني: المأمول الذي ينبغي أن يكون عليه هذا الواقع التدريسي الفذّ، فتناول البحث في شطره الأول الواقع التدريسي للفقه في العالم الإسلامي، في أول مبحثين له: جاعلًا المبحث الأول في مقدمة وجيزة في واقع هذا التدريس، ثم تناول في المبحث الثاني نماذج من تدريس الفقه في العالم الإسلامي، وتناول البحث في شطره الثاني المأمول في تدريس الفقه الإسلامي ومقترحات لتطويره، وذلك في مبحثه الثالث والأخير؛ من خلال ثلاثة مطالب: الأول: الاعتدال والإنصاف في تدريس الفقه الإسلامي، والثاني: التكامل المعرفي في تدريس الفقه الإسلامي، والثالث: إعادة النظر ببعض الطرق والآليات والإجراءات المتعلقة بتدريس الفقه التي تمنع الإبداع وسعة الأفق فيه، وركَّز البحث في هذا المأمول على أمور مهمة في تطوير واقع تدريس الفقه الإسلامي؛ منها: ضرورة احترام جميع مذاهب أهل السنة والجماعة، والتنشئة على اتباع الدليل وعدم التعصب، وتعميق دراسة علم الخلاف وآدابه ومراعاته تأصيلًا وتطبيقًا، والعناية بفقه أهل الحديث، وبالفقه الظاهري، والتخصص في العوم الفقهيَّة الجزئيَّة، والعناية بتدريس أصول الفقه بطريقة عمليَّة مع الفقه، وتطوير طرق تدريس الفقه ومراعاة التكامل فيها دومًا.   This research paper addresses teaching jurisprudence in the Islamic world through two parts. The first is the reality of such pedagogy, while the second is the expectations of this pedagogical field. It includes a brief introduction to the reality of this discipline, and then deals with models of teaching jurisprudence in the Islamic world. In the second part, it reviews the expectations for teaching Islamic jurisprudence and suggestions for its development. Finally, the paper investigates moderation and objectivity in teaching Islamic jurisprudence, followed by a discussion of cognitive integration in teaching Islamic jurisprudence. Then, it reconsiders methods, mechanisms and procedures related to teaching jurisprudence, which impede creativity and broad-mindedness in the field. Within the discussion of respective expectations, the research explores key elements in improving the reality of teaching Islamic jurisprudence, including the necessity of respecting all the sects of Ahl al-Sunnah wal-Jama'ah, and inculcating in youth respect for evidence-based arguments to avoid intolerance, integrating the study of polemics and argumentation etiquette, and care for Hadith-based jurisprudence, and Zhahiri (literalist) jurisprudence. Added to these are the improvement of jurisprudence principles, respective teaching methodologies, and maintain their integration.
