لمَّا كان العلم بالفرائض من العلوم المهمة التي وردت النصوص النبوية في الحث على تعلمه وتعليمه. رغبت أن يكون بحثي في هذا الفن المهم، فاخترت جزءا من كتاب شرح السراجية لبدر الدين الحنفي لأعمل على تحقيقه -راجيًا من الله والتوفيق والسداد- ولقد عني العلماء بمتن السِّراجيَّة واهتموا به اهتمامًا كبيرًا، يظهر ذلك من خلال الأعمال العلمية التي تتابعت عليه، فمنهم من شرحه، ومنهم من نظمه، ومنهم من وضع حاشيةً عليه، كما ترجمت إلى غير اللغة العربية، وهو ما سيقوم الباحث بإظهاره بين مباحث وفقرات هذا البحث.
Since knowledge of the religious duties is one of the important sciences that the Prophetic texts urged to learn and teach. I wanted my research to be in this important art، so I chose a part of the book Sharh al-Sirajiya by Badr al-Din al-Hanafi to work on it - hoping for God's success and guidance. The scholars paid attention to the text of al-Sirajiya and paid great attention to it. This is evident from the scientific works that followed on it، some of whom He explained it، some of them organized it، some of them put a footnote on it، and it was translated into a language other than Arabic، which is what the researcher will show among the sections and paragraphs of this research.
