هذا البحث عبارة عن تحقيق لمخطوط في الفرق مسمى مختصر مقالات أهل العلم والمذاهب المختلفة لطوائف أهل الملل لمحمد أمين بن صدر الدين الشرواني المتوفى سنة1036هـ ذكر فيه المؤلف أصول الفرق ومقالاتهم، وذكر فيه مقدمة وعشرة أبواب، فالباب الأول عقده لبيان فرق المعتزلة، والثاني: فرق الخوارج، والثالث: فرق الشيعة، والرابع فرق الملاحدة، والخامس: فرق الكرامية، والسادس: المشبهه، والسابع: المرجئة، والثامن: النجارية، والتاسع: الجبرية، والعاشر: الملاحدة الصوفية. وقد قسمت البحث إلى قسمين: القسم الأول: اشتمل على مبحثين: المبحث الأول: ترجمت فيه ترجمة موجزة للمؤلف تتضمن مولده ونشأته العلمية، وشيوخه وتلاميذه، وعقيدته ومذهبه الفقهي، ومصنفاته، ووفاته. والمبحث الثاني: دراسة المخطوط، ويتضمن اسمه، ونسبته للمؤلف، وموضوع الكتاب، ومنهجه، ووصف النسخة الخطية، ومنهج التحقيق. وأما القسم الثاني فهو في النص المحقق. This research is an investigation of a manuscript on difference called Brief Articles of the People of Knowledge and the Different Doctrines of the Sects of People of Religion by Muhammad Amin bin Sadr al-Din al-Shirwani, who died in the year 1036 AH In it, the author mentioned the origins of the sects and their articles, and he mentioned an introduction and ten chapters. And the ninth: Jabariyya, and the tenth: Sufi atheism. The research was divided into two parts: The first section: It included two topics: The first topic: A brief translation of the author was made, including his birth and scientific upbringing, his sheikhs and students, his creed and jurisprudence, his works, and his death. The second topic: the study of the manuscript, and includes its name, attribution to the author, the subject of the book, its methodology, description of the written version, and the investigation methodology. The second section is in the text investigated.
