يهدف البحث إلى الحديث عن البكائين من الصحابة رضوان الله عليهم  ممن كانت لهم رواية في كتب السنن وهو حديث جدير بالاهتمام والعناية من البحث إذ يكشف عن بكائهم ما بين الخشية والرحمة والرجاء والفرحة مع إبراز ما كان في بكائهم من الحرص على الحرص على الأجر والحزن على فواته ، فآثرت جمعهم في ديوان واحد نخص منهم من كانت له رواية في كتب السنة، فنذكر أسماءهم، وذكر من ساق روايتهم، ثم تاريخ وفاتهم، باختصار غير مخل، مع الإشارة إلى المصادر التي نقلت تراجمهم ، ومما زاد اهتمامي بهذا البحث أني لم أقف على من اعتنى به حتى ممن درسوا تاريخ السير والخلفاء إلا من خلال نتف بسيطة عن هؤلاء البكائيين, وكان الاهتمام بالتعريف بالبكاء وأنواعه مع الترجمة لهم وذكر طرفا من حياتهم  ودراسة من كانت له رواية من خلال ما تيسَّر لي من كتب التراجم. The research aims to talk about the crying Companions, may God be pleased with them, who had narrations in the books of Sunnah. It is a hadith that deserves attention and attention from research, as it reveals their crying between fear, mercy, hope, and joy, while highlighting the eagerness in their crying to seek reward and sadness over its loss. I preferred to collect them in one collection of poemsSome of them had a narration in the books of the Sunnah, so we mention their names, and mention those who related their narration, then the date of their death, briefly and without prejudice, with reference to the sources that transmitted their biographies. What increased my interest in this research is that I did not find anyone who paid attention to it, even among those who studied biographical history. And the caliphs only through a simple pluck of these crying people, and the interest wasBy introducing crying and its types, along with translating them, mentioning an aspect of their lives, and studying those who had a novel through the biographical books available to me.
