الملخص : قد تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع "أحكام تعاطي المخدرات في الفقه الإسلامي" يعد تعاطي المخدرات في العصر الحالي جريمة من الجرائم الخطيرة التي تجاوزت أثارها المدمرة أنحاء العالم، فلم تعد تقتصر على المخدرات التقليدية بل ظهرت نازلة جديدة وهى المخدرات الإلكترونية، ولم يقنصر ضررها على  من يتعاطاها فقط بل تعدت مخاطرها وأضرارها إلى المجتمع بأكمله، لذلك حرم الإسلام الأطعمة والأشربة التى تذهب عقل الإنسان،  لذلك آثرت أن أسهم بهذه الدراسة التي سلطت الضوء عليها عند الحديث عن المخدرات، ووضحت أن هذه المشكلة لا تنحصر آثارها السلبية، وما صاحب هذه الآثار من أضرار نفسية، وصحية، واجتماعية، واقتصادية على الفرد نفسه بل تتعدى إلى الأسرة والمجتمع، وبينت فيها تعريف المخدرات وأنواعها، وحكم تعاطيها وأن تعاطيها أو تناولها ثبت تحريمه بالكتاب والسنة والقياس والمعقول، كما بينت حكم تعاطيها للضرورة  وزراعتها، وقد تناولت عقوبة تناول المخدرات وأنها ليست كعقوبة شرب الخمر، ، ثم ختمت بخاتمة بينت فيها أهم النتائج والتوصيات التى توصلت إليها. Abstract : This study has dealt with the subject of "Provisions of Drug Abuse in Islamic Jurisprudence". Drug abuse in the current era is one of the serious crimes whose devastating effects have gone beyond all parts of the world. Rather, its dangers and harms exceeded the entire society, so Islam prohibited foods and drinks that destroy the human mind, so I chose to contribute to this study, which shed light on it when talking about drugs, and made it clear that this problem is not limited to its negative effects, and the psychological damage associated with these effects. Healthy, social, and economic for the individual himself, but rather transcends to the family and society, and showed in it the definition of drugs and their types, and the ruling on their use, and that their use or consumption has been proven to be prohibited by the Book, the Sunnah, analogy, and the reasonable, as it clarified the ruling on taking them out of necessity and cultivating them, and it dealt with the punishment for taking drugs and that it is not like a punishment for drinking Wine, and then I concluded with a conclusion in
which I showed the most important findings and recommendations that I reached.
