تسعى مهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية منذ بدا نشأتها الى الاهتمام بالفئات الضعيفة والمهمشة وتعتبر شبكات الأمان الاجتماعي مجموعة من الاليات والأنشطة المستخدمة لتحقيق الاستقرار للافراد والجماعات وضمان الحياة الكريمة لهم وتحريرهم من العوز والحرمان وحمايتهم من الاخطار الداخلية والخارجية .
وفى هذا المقال سوف يتم تناول شبكات الأمان الاجتماعى من عدة محاور أهمها اهداف شبكات الأمان الاجتماعي ووظائفها وشبكات الأمان في الدول العربية ومتطلبات تفعيلها .

Abstract:
Since its inception, the social work profession has sought to pay attention to weak and marginalized groups. Social safety nets are considered a set of mechanisms and activities used to achieve stability for individuals and groups, ensure a decent life for them, liberate them from want and deprivation, and protect them from internal and external dangers.
In this article, social safety networks will be addressed from several axes, the most important of which are the goals of social safety networks, their functions, safety networks in Arab countries, and the requirements for their activation.
