Abstract

The case report describes Our 33 years old patient suffered from bad esthetics of his upper anterior teeth and anterior guidance deformity as result of slight flat condylar path .using veneers in this case required occlusal rehab that includes Centric relation verification done by bilateral manipulation, Lateral and protrusive records in which was found that the patient had a somewhat flattish condylar path so we steepened the angle to 35 degrees by raising the palatal surface of the upper canines and also modification of the vertical dimension of occlusion within centric relation. done by occlusal veneers posteriorly . this article shows the impact that occlusal rehab can have on the type of final restoration chosen and that it allowed for minimal invasive preparations to be done. These steps done allowed the patient to undergo veneer preparations and placements for the esthetic smile he desired as well as functional requirements he needed.
