The study focuses on the new urban communities in general and on the role of participation processes in urban development in particular. Where communication and participation between individuals and internal units remains one of the most important basic mechanisms that can be employed in various degrees to push relations within the group or institution in the direction of consensual agreement, compatibility, relative consistency, and the basic mechanism for controlling conflict or internal contradictions between individuals and groups about different roles and developmental situations. The study relies on the inductive approach in presenting the basic concepts of participation processes in the new urban communities. The research also used the descriptive analysis method to analyze the content on the basis of the experimental method based on observation, imposing hypotheses and diagnosing the current situation to reach the components of the proposed analytical model for the participation processes in the light of the indicators and lessons learned. from the analysis process. تركز الدراسة على المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة بصفه عامة وعلى دور عمليات المشاركة في التنمية العمرانية  بصفه خاصة ؛ حيث يظل التواصل والمشاركة بين الأفراد والوحدات الداخلية من أهم الآليات الأساسية التي يمكن توظيفها بدرجاتها المختلفة لدفع العلاقات داخل الجماعة أو المؤسسة في اتجاه التراضي والتوافق والانسياق النسبي والآلية الأساسية لضبط الصراع أو التناقضات الداخلية بين الأفراد والجماعات حول الأدوار والوضعيات التنموية المختلفة . وتعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الاستقرائي في عرض المفاهيم الأساسية لعمليات المشاركة في المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة ، كما استخدم البحث المنهج الاستنتاجي لتحليل المضمون علي أساس من المنهج التجريبي القائم علي الملاحظة وفرض الفروض وتشخيص للوضع الراهن للوصول إلي مكونات النموذج التحليلي المقترح لعمليات المشاركة في ضوء المؤشرات والدروس المستفادة من عملية التحليل.
