ملخص: يتناول هذا البحث بالدراسة والتحليل درهم فضي نادر جداً باسم الشريف حسن بن عجلان بن رميثة جرى سكه في مكة المكرمة سنة 823ه (1420م)، محفوظ ضمن مجموعة السيد سوار بدر في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. تعود أهمية هذا الدرهم إلى أنه الدليل المادي الوحيد على نقود الشريف حسن بن عجلان بن رميثة أمير مكة، ولم يسبق نشره، أو نشر مثيل له من قبل. إضافة إلى ذلك فإن هذا الدرهم جاء بعد انقطاع لنقود مكة المكرمة لأكثر من مئتي عام، وقد تم دراسته في هذا البحث دراسة وصفية تحليلية، وربطه بالأحداث التاريخية التي شهدتها مكة المكرمة أثناء إمرة الشريف حسن بن عجلان التي امتدت من سنة 798ه (1396م)، إلى سنة 829ه (1425م). Abstract: This research presents by studying and analysing an extremely rare silver Dirham in the name of Sharif Hassan Bin Ajlan Bin Rumaitha, which was minted in Mecca in 823 AH (1420). It is saved within the collection of Mr. Sewar Bader in the United Arab Emirates. The importance of this Dirham is because it is considered the only material evidence of Sharif Hassan Bin Ajlan Bin Rumaitha's money, the Prince of Mecca, and it has not been published, or published any similar one ever. In addition, this Dirham came after a break of Mecca's money for more than 200 years. and it was studied in this research in the descriptive-analytical study and relating it to the historical events that Mecca has been through during the rule of Sharif Hassan Bin Ajlan, who ruled from 798 AH (1396 AD) to 829 AH (1425 AD).
