يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان مفهوم منهج النظر الكلي والجزئي في الدليل من خلال بيان معاني أهم المصطلحات المتعلقة بذلك، ثم الكلام عن الجوانب التأصيلية للمنهج من حيث المكانة والعلاقات والركائز، ثم يعرض البحث مجموعة من التطبيقات المعاصرة لبيان منهج النظر الكلي والجزئي في الدليل، وما له من أثر في معالجة أحد أهم أسباب الانحراف في الاستدلال الفقهي؛ وذلك بتناول الدليل تناولا جزئيا سطحيا لا يعكس روح الشريعة ومقاصدها، ولا يراعي المآلات والموازنات والأولويات في بناء الحكم الشرعي. This research aims to clarify the concept of the micro and macro approach in the guide by clarifying the meanings of the most important terms related to this, then talking about the fundamental aspects of the approach in terms of status, relationships and pillars. Who influenced the treatment of one of the most important causes of deviation in jurisprudential reasoning; By dealing with the guide in a partial and superficial way that does not reflect the spirit and purposes of Sharia, and does not take into account the outcomes, budgets and priorities in building the Shariah ruling.
