Abstract

Our research deals with the following topic, which is (the border dispute between Egypt and Sudan over the area of the Halayeb Triangle between the evidence and the allegations), given the importance of the border disputes, and their seriousness, as they are considered international disputes due to their close connection to the sovereignty of the state the titleof its dignity, whether at the national, regional, or international levels In order for the state toexercise its sovereignty, its territory must be defined in order for the state to act freely in enacting its laws andlegislation on the individuals who live on its defined territory with borders separating it from the rest of the otherregions. To know the reasons behind the border conflict between the Arab Republic of Egypt and the Republic of theSudan in terms of its beginning, origin and developments that led to its outbreak as two neighboring Arab countries.Relations between them may be affected because of this conflict. About their entitlement to sovereignty over theterritory of the Hala'ib Triangle.      We have presented the current research, including two sections: the first section will address the causes of the conflict, its beginnings and developments, and the second section will deal with the evidence and allegations onwhich each party relies in proving its right to sovereignty over the Halayeb Triangle.
