This study aimed at highlighting the measurement of the role of digital transformation in the development of the performance of employees of the General Authority for Health Insurance. This study was based on the analytical descriptive approach, in order to achieve the study's objectives by drawing on previous studies and reviews, using the questionnaire tool, and according to the study (Krejcice & Morgan, 1970) will be applied to an estimated sample size 136 Staff member, within the study community of the Public Authority for Health Insurance, and data analysis using the Statistical Analysis Programmer (SPSS v.23).
This study has reached a series of important findings, most notably the existence of a moral package correlation between strategic digital transformation planning and employees' performance from the point of view of their investigators, with a strong 0.579 * * package correlation factor at a 1% morale level. In addition to the existence of a moral parcel link between the qualification of leaders for digital transformation and the performance of workers from the point of view of their investigators by a power parcel 0.763 * * at a moral level of 1%, There was also a correlation of moral expulsion between digital transformation. (Infrastructure) and employees' performance from the point of view of their investigators with a power 0.742 * * parcel correlation factor at a 1% moral level, as well as a moral parcel correlation between digital transformation (Attracting skills) and the performance of employees from the viewpoint of their investigators with a strong ejection coefficient 0 .579 * * at a morale level of 1% and found that digital transformation contributed significantly to the improvement and development of workers' performance of their assigned functions in a very significant manner, This study recommended the need to continuously modernize and develop electronic infrastructure by keeping abreast of all the accelerating technological developments in the world today. The Foundation should continue to provide training programmers that contribute to the sustainability of improving and developing the skills and expertise of its employees.
