The studies concerned with religious beliefs in general and ancient Egyptian beliefs in particular are considered difficult fields, due to their ambiguity, which served as the basis of their continuity until the end of the eras of ancient Egyptian civilization. This ideological philosophy in ancient Egypt is evident in the various myths and intellectual doctrines, including what is related to the Osirian myth, which maintained its position and method until the end of the Ptolemaic and Roman eras. The worship of Osiris is considered the most common, widespread, and developed worship in ancient Egyptian beliefs and civilization, due to the flexibility that characterized the god Osiris, which made him an entity linked to the astral and solar beliefs. It is noted that scientific studies conducted on the manifestations of the incarnation and concepts of the worship of Osiris in the ancient Egyptian nomes in particular appear to be few. Therefore, the current research paper will shed light on the manifestations and aspects of the worship of Osiris in the Fayoum nome, in which it had a distinct concept, meaning, and status, as well as narrating and analyzing the patterns of his worship in the nome of the Fayoum throughout the various historical eras, as well as clarifying the extent of the relationship between Osiris and the nome and clarifying the significance of the changes that occurred in his worship and incarnations in the Fayoum nome, and also revealing the reasons for the change and the extent of development that occurred in the Osirian doctrine itself within the scope of the nome. This is done through an analytical study of the relevant doctrinal aspects of the cult and manifestations of the incarnation or incarnations of the god Osiris in the Fayoum nome and its doctrinal symbolism in ancient Egypt.
