Abstract

Study Objective: Identify the nature of the relationship between the ethics of school administration for school principals and the quality of career life for teachers of private public education schools in Al-Kharj GovernorateMethodology: descriptive survey approach.Study Tool: the researcher used the questionnaire as a study tool.Study Sample: The study sample was randomly selected from the original study population, where the study sample of general education teachers in private education schools reached (120) teachers in Al-Kharj city, by (69.76%) from the original community of that category, which is a representative sample of the original community of the study.Study results:There were no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study sample members towards the degree of commitment of the principals of general education schools to the variable of years of experience There were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the study sample members in the dimensions of the axis and the total degree towards the degree of commitment of the principals of public education schools in Al-Kharj Governorate, the difference in the variable of years of experience in teachingThere are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of commitment of principals of private public education schools to the ethics of school administration due to the variable (educational level, years of service, school stage) from the point of view of private public education teachers in Al-Kharj GovernorateStudy Recommendations:According to the study results, the researcher recommended the following: A proposed vision for the development of school administration ethics among school principals in Al-Kharj Governorate Ethics of school administration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Between reality and hope.Requirements to improve the ethics of school administration and the quality of school life in light of the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030.
