New lands play an important role in developing Egyptian agricultural exports, as they represent about 18.39% of the total value of Egyptian exports, and the real agricultural domestic product represents about 11.67% of the total value of the gross domestic product, while the size of agricultural labor represents about 26.78% of the total labor volume. College during the period 2017 - 2021, and the area of reclaimed lands reached 87 thousand acres in 2021 compared to 81 thousand acres in 2020, an increase of 7.5%, and by studying the crop composition of the new lands at the total level of the Republic, it was found that fruit gardens alone, without palm trees, constitute a percentage of 22.91% of The total cropped area of the new lands, and these gardens constitute about 33.55% of the total crop planted on the new lands across the Republic during the period 2017-2021 . As for vegetables, they amounted to about 8.18% of the total cropped area in the new lands during the same period. The problem of the study was the decrease in the area of the new lands, which resulted in the inability of the Egyptian agricultural sector to meet all the basic needs of food commodities, and the decline in participation in supporting economic and social development plans. The research aims to study the contribution of new lands to the development of Egyptian agricultural exports, and the research uses descriptive and quantitative statistical analytical methods, two-way analysis of variance, and estimation of the gravity model. The research relied on published and unpublished data issued by the Ministry of Irrigation and Water Resources, the Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, and data from the Central Agency for Public Mobilization and Statistics, in addition to using some studies and research related to the subject of the research
