The study sample for the beneficiaries was determined by the Yamane equation for sampling. The statistical program SPSS was used the Viability of rural health organizations was measured through a total of five sub-variables after measurement. These sub-variables include:
(1) Effectiveness, (2) Efficiency, (3) Organizational Adaptation,
(4) Organizational Balance, and (5) Organizational Coordination. The results of Step – Wise Multiple Regression analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between the variable of the number of years of experience of the director of the health organization as an independent variable
and the variable of the Viability of rural health organizations as a dependent variable. It turns out that the variable number of years of experience of the director of the health organization is solely responsible for explaining 35% of the change in the Viability of rural health organizations. And that there is a significant relationship between the variable of the total number of workers in the health organization and the variable of the Viability of rural health organizations. The significance of the second model was found at the probability level (0.01) health, and based on the value of the standard determination coefficient of the model (0.503), the two variables together explain 50% of the change in organizational Viability
