The study aimed mainly to identify the degree of knowledge of rural women, and the degree of her behavior related to woman's reproductive health, as well as its relationships to some socio-economic variables. A field study was conducted in two villages of Edku County in Behira governorate, depending on a systematic random sample of 270 women through personal interviews with the sample. A set of different statistical methods was used in analyzing the study data. One of the most important results of the study was that there were statistically significant effects for each of the variables of age, number of members of the living unit, and the number of visits to maternal and childcare centers on the degree of the behaviors related to productive health. The study concluded by presenting some proposals that could contribute to improving the level of reproductive health of rural women.
