This work outlines the topic of "Nouns as valence carriers in German and their Arabic rendering options" using the valent noun "Question" as an example. It shows to what extent the Arabic nouns have the ability to take arguments for themselves or to open up for themselves. In this study, the semantic-syntactic side of valent nouns in Arabic is described descriptively using the equivalence method. At the end, a semanto-syntactic analysis of a valent noun "Question" in German and the Arabic equivalent is carried out as an example. The similarities and differences to the same noun German - Arabic are discussed.
