Abstract

The problem of research lies in the loss by the people of the New Valley of their urban and architectural heritage over time. The search is aimed at identifying the physical and architectural nature of the New Valley, how it has been in the past and how it has become in the present time. It is important to look into the search for a revival of this heritage through the use of the historical approach, the theoretical framework, and the analysis of the physical and architectural nature in the past and present to the valley; Thus, cities are not formed as a result of accidental events, but as a clear result of the strong interaction between local and social values and attention to local resources. These combined factors have contributed to an urban model that is adapted to environmental and cultural conditions and respects the identity of the region. In conclusion, it has been concluded that modern architecture is a building block of investment and not a building block of human beings, and the architecture has become incompatible with the environment.
