يهدف البحث إلى التوصل إلى آليات مقترحة لإدارة المخاطر فى الأندية الرياضية بمحافظة كفر الشيخ من خلال التعرف على أنواع ومصادر المخاطر فى الأندية الرياضية بمحافظة كفر الشيخ ، والتعرف على الآليات المقترحة لإدارة المخاطر فى مرحلة ما قبل حدوث الخطر وفى مرحلة مواجهة الخطر وفى مرحلة ما بعد الخطر وفى مقاومة الخطر ، وإستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفى ، وتم تطبيق البحث على عينة عمدية طبقية وعددهم (150) فـرد من رؤساء وأعضاء مجالس إدارة الأندية الرياضية والمدراء التنفيذيين ومدراء النشاط الرياضى ومدراء الأنشطة الرياضية والإداريين الرياضيين ببعض الأندية الرياضية بمحافظة كفر الشيخ وهى أندية ( القنطرة ، بلطيم ، بيلا ، دسوق ، سخا ، سيدى سالم ، كفر الشيخ ، ميت علوان ) ، وقد تم تقسيمهم إلى عدد (20) فرد لإيجاد المعاملات العلمية " صدق وثبات " إستمارة الإستبيان ، وعدد (10) أفراد لإجراء الدراسة الإستطلاعية ، وعدد (120) فرد لإجراء التطبيق النهائى لإستمارة الإستبيان ، وإستخدمت الباحثة إستمارة الإستبيان لجمع البيانات ، وأسفرت أهم نتائج البحث عن تحديد أنواع ومصادر المخاطر فى الأندية الرياضية بمحافظة كفر الشيخ ، وتحديد آليات لإدارة المخاطر فى مرحلة ما قبل حدوث الخطر وفى مرحلة مواجهة الخطر وفى مرحلة ما بعد الخطر وفى مقاومة الخطر فى الأندية الرياضية بمحافظة كفر الشيخ . The research aims to propose mechanisms for risk management in sports clubs in Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate by identifying the types and sources of risks within these clubs. It explores suggested mechanisms for risk management at various stages: before risk occurs, during risk confrontation, after risk occurrence, and in risk resistance. The researcher employed a descriptive approach and applied the study to a purposive stratified sample of 150 individuals, including presidents, board members of sports clubs, executive directors, sports activity directors, and sports administrators from several clubs in Kafr El-Sheikh, specifically the clubs of Qantara, Balteem, Bella, Desouk, Sakha, Sidi Salem, Kafr El-Sheikh, and Meet Alwan. They were divided into 20 individuals to establish the scientific credibility and reliability of the questionnaire, 10 individuals for a pilot study, and 120 individuals for the final application of the questionnaire. The researcher utilized a questionnaire to collect data. The main findings of the research indicate the identification of types and sources of risks in sports clubs in Kafr El-Sheikh, as well as mechanisms for risk management before, during, and after risks occur and for resisting risks within these sports clubs.
