المستخلص:                                                                    هدف البحث الى الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين الذكاء الوجداني والدافعية للإنجاز لدي طلبة المرحلة الإعدادية بقنا، والكشف عن الفروق في كل من الذكاء الوجداني والدافعية للإنجاز وفقا لمتغير الجنس، و تكونت عينه البحث من(١٢٠) طالب وطالبة من طلبة المرحلة الإعدادية بقنا للعام الدراسي 2021،  2022م بمتوسط عمري قدره(  14,30  ) ، وانحراف معياري قدره (  ,460 )، و تم استخدام مقياس الذكاء الوجداني ، ومقياس الدافعية للإنجاز. وأشارت النتائج إلي وجود علاقه ارتباطية موجبه ودالة إحصائيًا بين الدرجة الكلية للذكاء الوجداني والدرجة الكلية لدافعية الإنجاز لدي طلبة المرحلة الإعدادية ، ووجود فروق داله احصائيًا بين متوسطي درجات(الذكور-الاناث) في الدافعية للإنجاز لصالح الإناث، ووجود فروق داله احصائيًا بين متوسطي درجات(الذكور-الاناث) في الذكاء الوجداني لصالح الإناث.     Abstract: This research aimed to study the relationship between emotional intelligence and achievement motivation among preparatory school students in Qena, and to comparing the differences in both emotional intelligence and achievement motivation according to the gender variable. The Sample was (120)Students in both gender during academic (2021), The average age was (14.30), and a standard deviation of (,460 ) .   the emotional intelligence scale and the achievement motivation scale were used. The results refered to that, there is a statistically significant correlation between the total score of emotional intelligence and the total score of achievement motivation among preparatory school students, and there is a statistically significant difference between (males-females) in achievement motivation in favor of females, and there are statistically significant differences between males- females in emotional intelligence for females
